HISTORY OF CONCEPCION PRESBYTERIAN SCHOOL’S ESTABLISHMENT
Concepcion Presbyterian School, opened its doors as a Primary Institution in the Corozal District on September 1, 1997 as a school ministry of the Presbyterian Churches in Belize.
On September 1, 1997 the classes gathered at the Concepcion Presbyterian Church in a small room behind the church to offer classes. The school ministry started with 91 students and 4 teachers, Mrs. Esther Mendez as principal, along with 3 teachers. From 2013 – 2015 Mr. Juan Patt served as the school Principal for two consecutive years. Since 2015, Mrs. Christian Cobos has been serving as the school Principal with a staff of nine teachers.

Welcome to Concepcion Presbyterian School (C.P.S.)! Our school has been offering quality Christian education since 1997. C.P.S. is a safe haven for children where lives are transformed with Christ’s love. We are blessed to have excellent teachers who inspire young minds and infuse the curriculum with Christian principles. We offer innovative instruction so that students can excel in academics as well as athletics and art. The strength of our school has always been found in God and we are dedicated to provide your child with quality Christian Education. Additionally, our school produces God fearing students who are ready to positively impact Belize and the world.
